Customer Care Fairhill management and security staff will be delighted to assist you during your visit. The following is a brief summary of some of the facilities available at the Centre.
Public Toilets Toilets are available on the ground floor opposite Clinton Cards and on the first floor beside the Food Court.
Flat Car Batteries/Flat Tyres Fairhill security guards are available to assist with flat car batteries and flat tyres.
Public Telephones Payphones are situated in the corridor beside the toilets at Clinton Cards and the Thomas Street entrance.
Photo Booths Are available on the mall for use to all shoppers.
ATMs We have a Northern Bank automatic cash dispensary machine located on the mall with 2 ATMs and an Ulster Bank cash machine at the multi storey entrance. There are two HSBC cash machines in Fairhill, one of which is located at the Thomas Street entrance below the Food Court and the other located inside Marks and Spencer at the Grocery department.
Internet Access Is available through Wi-Fi in the Food Court, Caffe Nero and O'Briens.
Lost Property The Centre has a lost property office located in Centre Management. If you have lost an item during your time at Fairhill, contact a member of security who will be more than happy to help you. Similarly, if you find an item within Fairhill, please give it to a member of security who will log it as lost property. Call 028 2565 1199 Ext: 5 for more information on lost property.
Security Fairhill is patrolled by security guards on a daily basis. The centre and car parks are fully covered by CCTV to ensure you, and your belongings are kept safe at all times.
Car Parking Fairhill has 1100 car parking spaces located in the multi-storey and rooftop car parks. There are signs throughout Ballymena town providing direction and indicating available spaces.
Charges are as follows: 0-1 hour £0.80 1-2 hours £1.40 2-3 hours £1.80 3-4 hours £2.20 4-5 hours £5.00 5-6 hours £6.00 6-7 hours £7.00 Thereafter £1.00 per hour Lost tickets are charged from 8am until time of departure from car park.
First Aiders There are trained first aiders both within Fairhill's management and throughout our stores. If you need assistance during your visit to Fairhill, contact a member of security who will bring you to a trained first aider.
Fairhill Gift Vouchers Are available to buy from Centre Management which can be used in any of our stores. A perfect gift for those who are hard to buy for!
Pay as you go photocopier Is located outside Eason's for photocopying and printing.
Pick Up Point For those picking up family and friends and not wishing to park, a Pick Up Point is available outside the HMV/Debenhams door and at the Next/New Look lift on the roof top car park.
Coach Tours Fairhill welcomes any coach tours that wish to visit the centre and we can cater for any group.
Seating There are benches located throughout the centre to rest your feet during your visit, as well as a full seating area in the Food Court and in our various eateries.
Charity Fairhill Shopping Centre is supporting MacMillan Cancer Care to help raise £30,000 towards a new Palliative Care Building at Antrim Area Hospital. There will be events throughout the year to help raise funds for this, so keep checking our events section for more information.
